Dammit, I think Tumblr just reblogged that post without my comment on it :P I was saying that the “homo” in homosexual doesn’t mean “man” because it’s Greek, not Latin. It means “same”, hence why both men and women can be homosexual. I just read a book where a character had that misconception but I was quite surprised to see it on Tumblr!
